Serenova CxEngage Platform

Played key role on the launch of new Angular-based call center cloud software platform, CxEngage. Worked closely with API developers who worked in Clojure. Added a significant portion of the product’s features including enabling users to create their own API integrations, manage media lists, build phone-based campaigns, as well as many other critical features.
